All the cadets (well most of them) went to Mrs. Turner's house for a Christmas Party/Service Project. We ate pizza, exchanged gifts and decorated about 200 cupcakes to deliver to MHS teachers for Christmas. Let's see - we had frosting EVERYWHERE - and it seems like many cupcakes should have been called poopcakes!

I loved the party, thanks for everything Mrs. Turner!! It was amazing!!
Hey Gayle and I were talking over the break, we think we should go to see a movie as a giant class, lol???
Opps I forgot to put my name on that last post, but I just saw a commercial on the tv for a movie that looks like it's teacher oriented, it's called freedom writers...I don't know, I just figured it'd be a fun out of school thing we could do???
Hey Michael & Gayle!
I think a movie is a great idea. I also saw the previews for Freedom Writers - or read about it somewhere....anyway. I will ask. I have a feeling Mrs. Miller will say that is something we could do at night. But, maybe if we worked it out where we took Mrs. Smith's class with us - as a service project. They would probably love the outing. What do you think?
Wow, it looks like y'all had fun! I'm sorry I missed it!
YEah the party was alot of fun, I still remember Mrs. Turner kind of mooning her family across the street, it was funny. Also I like the idea of doing a movie night it would be fun. If it is after school do it after midterms for a stress free day
I'm pretty mad that I missed the party because I wasn't feeling well. It looks like you all had a lot of fun! Which is good. You don't want our future teacher throwing food at each other.
:-)
