Monday

Day 1:
Today we did started presentations. I decided to write the people who are presenting and something that I liked about what they said or something that caught my attention about them.
*Anthony- Very outgoing/out spoken.

*Erin-Mint Fetish.
Tuesday

Day 2:
Continuation of presentations.
*Michael-Big joker.
*Jon-Miniature of soldiers on his box.
*Megan-Fairy in the "Nut-cracker".
*Kate-Allergic to being cold.
*Allison-Travels a lot.
*Bethany-Choreographer.
*Christina- Good at speaking French.
Wednesday

Day 3:
We are finishing up the presentations.
*Jin Mei- I thought her name was really unique. Jin: Splendid and Mei: Riverbank.
*Jatana-Save a puppy.
Reflection time- I think it was good to have time to reflect on what we did. What we liked about our project and what we didn’t.
Thursday
8-24-06
Day 4:
Today we did quilts. We had 4 topics. We had to think of qualities that we are good at, what we could do as a profession, who our hero/heroine is, and one thing we would change about ourselves. I liked the doing the project because it let us reflect on who we are and what we could do in the future.
Friday
8-25-06
Day 5:
Who ever didn’t get to finish the quilt had time to finish it. While some people were writers on the board and 2 people had to be readers. The readers had to read classmates quilts on the 4 subjects we had to write about (look on day 3). The writers each had a subject and they had to write and then after all the quilts were read the class had to write another reflection on: personality, we had to compare ourselves to other classmates and how can these characteristics relate to teaching.
Personal over-all week view:
I think the week went pretty well.
What I didn’t like:
I didn’t like when we had to pick who our favorite boxes were. I think it was a good idea. But, I don’t think everyone’s boxes were picked as someone else’s favorite. It would probably make that person feel like they wasted their time on even doing the project.
What I liked:
We got creative. Also, we showed to other classmates who we are on a personal level. Which helps everyone get to know each other.
